For some people, the coolest jobs after retirement are those that they have been looking forward to for quite a while. Others have just found their dream jobs.
You may want to open a bed & breakfast, become a fishing guide, volunteer to help disadvantage children overseas or start your own business.
The dream jobs for me are two. First and foremost is playing with my grandchildren, far and way the best job there is. The next best retirement job is building something myself on the internet that I can pass on and that generates retirement income. Now I can run my business from anywhere, sometimes at the lake or even on our travels abroad.
